We are looking for a Finance & Administrative Assistant to join our team in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
What to Expect

- Work directly with senior leaders, including the CFO.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with daily finance operations in close partnership with the local Finance Manager.
- Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
- Manage accounts receivable, including timely collections and follow-up on overdue accounts.
- Address outstanding supplier invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate payment planning with suppliers.
- Reconcile customer and supplier accounts with the international accounting team.
- Engage with external partners such as accounting firms and payroll providers.
- Help with stock planning and inventory control alongside logistics.
- Support HR administration, including employee contract management.
- Collaborate with external payroll and labor advisors.
- Help ensure compliance processes are followed through proper documentation (such as GDPR).
