We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Coordinator to lead and manage all administrative office functions and daily operations. You will ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service standards across the organization.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between management, departments, and external stakeholders for all administrative matters.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage meetings, executive schedules, travel arrangements, and office calendars.
- Oversee logistics planning and execution for company events, meetings, workshops, and other corporate functions.
- Process and manage all procurement requests through the ERP system, ensuring timely processing, appropriate approvals, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Source suppliers, request quotations, and negotiate pricing effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of office support staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Work closely with the IT department to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring timely setup of systems, hardware, software access, and office equipment.
