Laboritas, part of Verdi Groep, is looking for a Planning and Administrative Support Specialist in Alphen aan den Rijn, Zuid-Holland. This position supports our absenteeism guidance and employability services by keeping processes organized and communication clear. The role sits at the intersection of planning, administration, and client service, ensuring our clients and professionals stay connected and informed.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle incoming emails and phone calls
- Plan and coordinate appointments and related processes
- Support case managers and other professionals with administrative tasks
- Process and manage data within our internal systems
- Maintain contact with employers and employees
- Monitor progress and identify areas where processes slow down
- Help provide structure and clarity in daily operations

- MBO 4 level of work and thinking
- Experience in an administrative or planning role
- Accurate and methodical working style
- Customer-focused approach and strong communication skills
- Ability to plan and switch between tasks effectively
- Digitally proficient, comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain oversight in a dynamic work environment
