About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven TikTok Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic client’s team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and scaling an innovative affiliate marketing program on TikTok. Your primary responsibilities will involve cultivating partnerships with content creators, driving sales through effective affiliate collaborations, and optimizing performance to meet revenue targets. This exciting position blends the worlds of influencer marketing, e-commerce, and data-driven growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators, affiliates, and micro-influencers to effectively promote our products and services through the TikTok Affiliate Program.
- Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements that align with campaign goals and desired ROI.
- Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive campaigns, including content briefs, tracking setups, and performance optimization.
- Continuously monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics (e.g., conversions, CTR, ROI) and prepare insightful reports for internal stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in TikTok marketing, the creator economy, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
- Explore and test new growth opportunities within the TikTok ecosystem (e.g., live shopping, TikTok Shop, paid partnerships).
- Maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliates and creators to foster long-term collaborations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate, influencer, or social media marketing, with a strong preference for TikTok experience.
• Proven success in managing performance-based partnerships that yield measurable results.
• Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and creator dynamics.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, Shopify Collabs, TikTok Shop).
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the aptitude to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate or TikTok Creator Marketplace (TTCM).
• Familiarity with e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or influencer-led product launches.
• Understanding of paid media strategies on TikTok and other short-form platforms.
