About the Role:
We are excited to assist our client in their search for an Affiliate Marketing Manager (Partnerships Manager) who will be instrumental in developing and expanding their affiliate and creator partnership network.
This role involves taking charge of proactive outreach, fostering relationships, structuring deals, tracking performance, and transforming creators and communities into sustainable brand partners.
This is not simply a position for setting up affiliate links and hoping for success; rather, it is focused on establishing strategic, revenue-generating partnerships that resonate with the brand and its audience.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to uncover opportunities, create mutually beneficial partnerships, and scale successful initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Development
- Design and enhance the affiliate program structure (commission, tiers, incentives)
- Recruit high-caliber affiliates (creators, entrepreneurs, campus leaders, brand communities)
- Effectively onboard affiliates with clear expectations and necessary assets
Creator and Brand Partnerships
- Identify and engage aligned creators and micro-influencers
- Structure various partnership models (affiliate, revenue share, capsule drops, event collaborations)
- Negotiate terms that align with margins and brand positioning
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clear communication and accountability
Performance and Optimization
- Monitor affiliate sales, CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin
- Identify top-performing partners for further investment
- Strategically eliminate underperforming partnerships
- Provide weekly performance updates with actionable insights
Campaign Coordination
- Facilitate product seeding and content launches
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure partners have the necessary assets
- Align campaigns with product releases and seasonal pushes
Systems and Scalability
- Implement affiliate tracking tools (preferably Shopify-integrated platforms)
- Develop SOPs for outreach, onboarding, and performance reporting
- Create scalable workflows to ensure partnerships grow over time
