Job Title: Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are excited to assist our client in the search for an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator. This pivotal role focuses on supporting the development and daily management of a dynamic new affiliate program. You will collaborate closely with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to recruit partners, execute campaigns, and ensure that affiliate operations run smoothly and effectively, contributing to the growth and success of the program.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Affiliate Marketing Manager in implementing the overall affiliate strategy and calendar.
- Oversee daily affiliate operations.
- Process applications and facilitate the onboarding of new partners.
- Establish tracking links, discount codes, and promotional offers.
- Keep affiliate lists, CRM, and tracking documents up to date.
- Coordinate the distribution of creative assets, product information, and campaign briefs to affiliates.
- Monitor and compile weekly and monthly performance reports segmented by partner, campaign, and market.
- Engage in outreach and communication with affiliates via email, direct messages, and platform messages.
- Help plan and execute affiliate-specific campaigns, launches, and promotions.
- Monitor affiliate content for brand alignment and identify top-performing partners and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Social, Creative, and Lifecycle teams to ensure cohesive messaging and assets.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, influencer/affiliate marketing, or a similar coordination role.
- Experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce or consumer brands is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; adept at managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic analytics (Google Sheets/Excel, basic reporting).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with external partners.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn; thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with affiliate or influencer platforms/tools.
- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and the creator ecosystem.
- Basic understanding of performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, revenue, ROAS, etc.).
