Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive 360 marketing campaigns, encompassing messaging, paid media assets, in-store materials, e-commerce content, press releases, and influencer partnerships for key product launches.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the marketing campaigns enhance brand recognition and facilitate successful product launches; propose innovative ideas and aid in formulating action plans.Collaborate closely with Creative, Product, and Commercial teams to guarantee a unified and consistent consumer experience across all channels.Assist in the briefing process for Creative teams by contributing to seasonal narratives and asset needs to ensure high-caliber campaign execution.Ensure coherence across teams to deliver a harmonious brand experience.Analyze market trends and customer demographics to inform the creation of revenue-driving campaigns.Oversee project timelines and monitor deliverables to ensure timely and within-scope execution of marketing initiatives.Keep track of market trends and consumer feedback, providing insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing concepts and support campaign development.Evaluate campaign performance and contribute to post-campaign reviews to assess effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.Facilitate communication and collaboration with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in execution.Partner with headquarters stakeholders and external collaborators to ensure marketing activities are synchronized and effective.
