We are currently looking for a Collections Agent to enhance our expanding Collections team. Our dedicated team plays a crucial role in assisting customers to meet their payment obligations and address overdue amounts while upholding Kafene's exceptional standards for customer service and satisfaction. In this position, you will collaborate with talented colleagues who possess robust Collections expertise, significantly contributing to Kafene's growth. Candidates should have experience in debt collection and be knowledgeable about the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). The ideal candidate will effectively balance our commitment to customer support with achieving broader business objectives.
