Job Description
Our client is a prestigious consultancy organization with an impressive portfolio of industry leaders and prominent organizations within the Netherlands.
In recent years, the organization and its client base have rapidly expanded, and we are seeking an Agile Coach who can adapt to this swift growth and provide high-level advisory and coaching services to clients as a trusted consultant.
As an Agile Coach, you will assist your corporate clients in implementing the Scrum framework or other Agile methodologies in practice. You are the expert, the specialist who understands what it takes to ensure a successful Agile transformation, from operational to managerial levels.
You will facilitate and support multiple teams and entire organizations in taking their first or next steps in their Agile transformation. You will ensure that everyone is empowered and that the practices align well with departmental objectives.
In this regard, you will regularly collaborate with management, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to strive for continuous improvement and to firmly establish this within the teams and their practices. More importantly, you will foster this mindset among employees.
You will help corporate clients advance in their Agile transformation while leveraging everyone's strengths and roles effectively.
As an Agile Coach, your responsibilities include:
▪ Helping corporate clients to take their first or subsequent steps in their Agile transformation;
▪ Promoting continuous improvement in productivity and quality among different teams;
▪ Coaching, developing, and facilitating multiple teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and management;
▪ Training, educating, and inspiring on the Scrum framework or Agile methodologies at all organizational levels;
▪ Advising, challenging, and inspiring at the management level in designing new Agile organizational structures and practices.
