Role overview This is a part-time, remote contract role as a Freelance AI Workflow Engineer (also known internally as "AI Pilot") for the Tendem project. The main focus is designing and refining LLM-powered workflows. Collaboration with Tendem Agents is central, with the goal of managing repetitive tasks and developing automation solutions. The work includes prompt engineering, workflow design, and quality control to ensure reliable results. Key responsibilities Design and evaluate workflows that use LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools. Build and enhance AI automation systems for content generation, enrichment, and communication tasks. Develop and improve prompt frameworks to achieve consistent, high-quality outputs. Create systems for personalized automated outreach, including email and messaging flows, as well as lead enrichment. Structure and preprocess data to support stable model performance and trustworthy results. Analyze and optimize AI-driven pipelines for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.
