About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic AI Outcomes Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in transforming departmental operations through the capabilities of Glean. You will collaborate closely with executives and end users, utilizing your business acumen, product insight, and prompting expertise to facilitate their transition into an AI-native enterprise.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging with executive sponsors to provide strategic reviews and guiding customers in the development and execution of their AI roadmap.
- Deeply understanding Glean's suite of products to ensure effective implementation and utilization across departments.
