Position Overview
We are seeking a Performance Management & Analytics Specialist to lead the design, management, and enhancement of our performance management framework and people analytics capabilities. This role is critical in ensuring that performance goals are effectively defined, monitored, and transformed into actionable insights that drive accountability and productivity throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Take ownership of the performance management framework, including goal-setting, performance reviews, calibration, and feedback cycles.
• Align individual and team objectives with overarching business goals and strategic priorities.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs across various functions while providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Create and manage performance dashboards and scorecards for teams and executives.
• Examine performance trends, workforce effectiveness, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, and Business Leaders to instill a performance-driven culture organization-wide.
• Assist in designing and assessing performance-linked rewards, incentives, and recognition programs.
• Deliver data-driven insights to facilitate talent decisions, including promotions, succession planning, and development.
• Continuously refine performance processes to enhance clarity, fairness, and consistency.
• Support compliance audits and governance requirements related to performance and employee data.
Qualifications
• Extensive experience in performance management, people analytics, or HR analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to create performance frameworks, KPIs, and scorecards.
• Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in using dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.
• Capability to convert data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Experience with HRIS, performance management systems, and BI tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail combined with a process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
