Job Description:
As an Application Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our existing clients during their ongoing operations. When a client reports an issue or has a question, you will take the lead in understanding the underlying problem, coordinating internally with development teams, and providing reliable and clear feedback to the client, maintaining a professional rapport.
Our clients utilize our software for critical operational processes daily. They seek a proactive partner who presents confidently and delivers consistently. After a video call, clients should feel assured that they are in capable hands.
You will also support our department heads in daily operations across both logistics systems and procurement.
