Your Role
As an Application Engineer, you will collaborate closely with clients to integrate our state-of-the-art pure silicon anode foils into practical battery solutions. Your daily interactions will involve guiding clients through battery proof of concept projects and joint development initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include translating client needs into battery specifications, working alongside LeydenJar's lab, R&D, and production teams, collaborating with third-party battery manufacturers, and providing technical support to the business development team. You will also be involved in drafting test plans, qualifying new battery materials, and developing production infrastructure. As you progress in this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of larger technical projects.

Product Mastery:

Remain informed about product updates, enhancements, and new releases.
Customer Engagement:
Deliver expert technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot issues, and provide prompt resolutions.
Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
