You will be responsible for rebuilding our sales foundation and driving business growth by forging robust relationships with both new and existing physicians and patients. Customer Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our business footprint within the designated area, ensuring that we meet or exceed established sales targets.
Identify and engage with high-priority key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to cultivate strong partnerships.
Actively listen to customer insights and requirements, providing tailored product and service recommendations that align with their goals from a consultative perspective.
Spot promising new customer opportunities and lead the strategic planning to develop these business avenues.
Sales Promotion
Collaborate with trainers and the marketing team to design and deliver impactful training sessions and seminars.
Achieve quarterly sales targets and other key performance indicators aligned with our business objectives.
Gather foundational knowledge about our brand and products, offering training to clinic staff and physicians as necessary.
Provide valuable insights and participate in discussions around company-wide campaigns and promotional strategies.
Support booth planning and operations at academic conferences spearheaded by the marketing department.
Business Planning and Reporting
Conduct segmentation analysis of the designated area to establish appropriate sales forecasts and business strategies tailored to each segment, prioritizing our resources effectively.
Deliver weekly reports to the management, detailing insights from seminars, workshops, customer feedback, competitor analysis, and market trends.
Manage monthly reports, sales data, and the expense budget efficiently.
