As we embark on our expansion in Luxembourg, we are seeking passionate Field Account Executives eager to build a new local market. This is a unique opportunity to join a global technology and SaaS leader while making a tangible impact on the Luxembourgish economy.
In your role as a Field Account Executive, you will be instrumental in the digital transformation of restaurants across Luxembourg. Through a consultative sales approach, you will identify new clients, foster lasting relationships with restaurateurs, and guide them in selecting solutions tailored to their specific needs.
You will play a vital role in enhancing the visibility and growth of the Lightspeed brand within the Luxembourg market.
Field position based in Luxembourg
Your responsibilities include:
Identifying and qualifying prospective restaurant clients in Luxembourg, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting (outbound calls, field visits) to contract signing.
Conducting product demonstrations both in-person and remotely, and designing tailored solutions.
Establishing trustful relationships with restaurateurs, managers, and decision-makers.
Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and deployment.
Utilizing Salesforce (CRM) to manage your sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Analyzing the local market and competition to position Lightspeed as the go-to solution for POS and management in the restaurant sector in Luxembourg.
Your profile:
Fluency in English and French is essential *(German and/or Luxembourgish are strong assets).
Experience in B2B sales, field sales, hospitality, or a related sector.
Strong enthusiasm for field sales and daily client interaction.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
