Role overview The Area Sales Manager for Basel & Aargau plays a key part in expanding Haworth’s presence in these regions. This position focuses on understanding client needs, building strong relationships, and representing Haworth’s innovative product range with both charm and determination. What you will do Identify new office projects and actively acquire new customers, including architects, planners, and end clients. Support existing clients and strengthen long-term partnerships. Develop and maintain a regional network within the architecture, planning, and construction sectors. Manage projects in close collaboration with internal teams. Analyze market trends in Basel and Aargau, and implement strategies to attract new clients. Keep CRM systems up to date on a regular basis. Requirements Several years of sales experience, ideally in furniture, design, or interior sectors. Track record in customer acquisition and solution-oriented sales. Self-motivated, structured, and goal-oriented approach; strong team spirit. Fluent German and good English skills. Interest in design, architecture, and modern workplace concepts.
