The Opportunity:
We are on the lookout for an ambitious and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive the growth and adoption of Seed-X's state-of-the-art AI technology in the crucial Turkish vegetable seed markets.
This role is tailored for a proactive individual with a strong commercial acumen who excels in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. As the representative of Seed-X in your designated territory, you will be responsible for promoting our advanced seed analysis and sorting solutions to top seed companies, breeders, and producers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Design and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets for Seed-X's AI-driven solutions in Turkey.
- Customer Acquisition: Actively seek out, target, and secure new business opportunities with major seed firms and vegetable breeders.
- Technical Sales & Product Champion: Attain expertise in our AI-powered sorting platforms, clearly communicating complex technical and value propositions to both commercial and technical stakeholders (R&D, Production, and Quality Control).
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the target market.
- Market Intelligence: Perform comprehensive market analysis to grasp customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends in vegetable seed and AgTech within your region.
- Reporting & CRM: Rigorously utilize CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to manage the complete sales pipeline, accurately forecast, and report on all sales activities and territory performance to senior management.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the R&D and Marketing teams to relay customer feedback for continuous product and service enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Professional Experience:
- Sales Orientation: A driven and sales-focused individual, ideally with experience in high-value B2B technical solutions.
- Industry Expertise (Major Plus): Direct sales experience within the vegetable seed industry is highly advantageous.
