Position Overview
The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for our Food & Beverage Service Excellence Culture at our beautiful resort in Corfu. You will oversee the F&B Team, ensuring that our guests receive high-quality services and memorable experiences. The Assistant F&B Manager will assist the Food & Beverage Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, guaranteeing the highest levels of guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence in accordance with luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating the activities of restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banqueting.
- Ensure compliance with service standards, health and safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
- Support the F&B Manager with budget control, cost management, and revenue enhancement.
- Supervise, motivate, and foster the development of outlet managers and supervisors.
- Address guest feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain an exceptional experience consistently.
- Engage in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of F&B personnel.
- Contribute to menu development, promotional activities, and service enhancements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact in the absence of the F&B Manager.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within luxury F&B operations.
- A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing multiple outlets and large teams.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Familiarity with F&B systems, including POS, inventory, and scheduling platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and multi-outlet coordination capabilities.
- Strong business acumen with a service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
