Your Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, which includes managing check-ins and check-outs, facilitating loyalty program sign-ups, generating reports, and addressing guest inquiries effectively.
- Leading and mentoring the front office team during your shifts, with a strong emphasis on onboarding and training new staff members.
- Creating memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional service and fostering guest loyalty.
- Responding promptly and effectively to emergency situations, adhering to hotel protocols and procedures at all times.
