The ideal candidate will be pivotal to transformation initiatives, managing requirements, fostering stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery in a vibrant and growing banking landscape. You will work closely with Front Office personnel, including the Head of Trading and Traders, to rigorously test and implement the new operational model.Key Responsibilities:Design and document comprehensive operational workflows for the launch of Non-Deliverable Forwards (NDFs), Foreign Exchange (FX) & Bond Futures, Total Return Swaps (TRS), Credit Default Swaps (CDS), Interest Rate Swaps (IRS), Equities Risk, and Repo/Reverse Repo transactions.Map the entire trade lifecycle, encompassing execution, confirmation, settlement, margining, lifecycle events, reconciliations, and reporting.Collect requirements and develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), process maps, booking models, and data specifications.Collaborate with IT teams to set up trade capture, clearing, settlement, collateral management, accounting, and reporting processes.Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development, defect tracking, and sign-off, while coordinating the implementation process.Establish reconciliation frameworks for cash, positions, Profit & Loss (P&L), and collateral, along with daily control reporting.Define workflows for margin calls and collateral management (both bilateral and cleared).Ensure that transaction reporting and regulatory requirements are effectively integrated into operations.Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Operations in product approval discussions and manage stakeholder engagement across Front Office, Risk, Finance, Treasury, and external vendors.
