About the Role
As the Kitchen Manager at DashMart Kitchens (DMK), you will spearhead the day-to-day operations of a DoorDash-managed kitchen situated within a DashMart fulfillment center. Your leadership will guide a team of operations associates and shift leads to ensure that every meal is prepared with safety, efficiency, and exceptional quality.
You will merge hands-on culinary expertise with operational excellence, overseeing staffing, scheduling, and kitchen performance while upholding food safety, order accuracy, and team success. Collaboration with your Site Manager will be crucial as you manage diverse food concepts, enhance processes, and cultivate a positive work environment. Additionally, you will receive cross-training in DashMart operations, engaging in both facets of the business. Adherence to stringent food safety standards, inventory controls, and safety protocols is essential due to your regular access to food, supplies, equipment, and operational systems.
