This role calls for someone who leads by example and partners closely with the leadership team to carry out company standards and directives. What You Will Do
Assistant Store Leaders provide real-time feedback to support a positive atmosphere and strong team performance. This position also represents the brand in the store and community, using business tools and market knowledge to drive results in People, Sales, Visual Merchandising, and Operations.
Sales
- Create a welcoming store environment that reflects the value of Spreading Good Vibes.
- Process in-store sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Support customer acquisition and retention by keeping client information and product feedback current.
Business and Financial Acumen
- Review key business metrics to spot opportunities for improvement.
- Apply business tools and insights to help achieve store goals.
Building Networks
- Plan and execute in-store events with the Store Leader.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community.
Operations
Managing Product Lifecycle
- Handle in-store fulfillment for orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Receive and manage scheduled product shipments.
- Conduct inventory audits to resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate inventory transfers between stores and warehouses.
- Make stock adjustments and oversee regular store inventories.
Ensuring Operational Excellence
- Oversee cash procedures, including register operations and bank deposits.
- Promote a culture focused on operational excellence.
- Ensure timely completion of company initiatives.
