As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving employee productivity, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a customer-centric environment that achieves outstanding results. You will be responsible for training and mentoring Associate and Assistant Managers, guiding their development alongside your management team.
In this role, you will effectively communicate the corporate mission and business objectives within the store. You will support corporate initiatives, ensuring their successful execution while relaying feedback to the Retail Manager as necessary.
Your collaboration with the store management team will focus on identifying business opportunities and meeting the company's performance standards, including sales and wage budgets, sales per hour (SPH), units per transaction (UPT), and shrinkage control.
You will exemplify and enforce company policies across Human Resources, Customer Service, Store Operations, Product Management, Loss Prevention, and Point of Sale, while also achieving personal sales targets.
Furthermore, you will maintain communication with the Retail Manager regarding competitor activities and community insights that may influence business operations. By identifying growth opportunities and enhancing performance, you will contribute to overall business success.
Lead weekly management and staff meetings to foster teamwork and share best practices. Your active participation in regional meetings will further enhance our collective goals.
