YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Along with the store manager, you will be responsible for optimizing store routines, ensuring the store is ready for customers, and achieving excellent sales results.
- Your main tasks will include preparing weekly promotions, fostering a positive sales attitude, and creating a positive work atmosphere where all employees are satisfied.
- You will support the store manager in ensuring that the store is 100% ready for sales and customers through encouraging communication, leadership, and training of your team in line with our JYSK leadership values.
- You will train your colleagues in effective sales techniques, understanding customer needs, and upselling.
- You will serve as a good example for your team in all store tasks.
- You envision your future as a store manager and are ready to develop in that direction.
