About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Director of Design, a visionary leader with a robust design background who excels at nurturing creative talent while ensuring high-quality design execution across various platforms. This role demands a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on involvement, ensuring that every design project aligns with our high standards of excellence.
Reporting to the Director of Creative, you will guide a talented team of designers to deliver outstanding designs for paid ads, emails, landing pages, and e-commerce web design. Your expertise in UI/UX and brand design will empower your team to enhance their skills while maintaining a commitment to creative excellence and detail.
This position requires a balance of leadership and creativity in a dynamic, collaborative environment, where you will closely collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align design objectives with overarching business goals. Your capacity to drive creative strategy and manage multiple projects with precision will be crucial to your success.
