Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a results-oriented and seasoned Senior Paid Media Director to join our international team. This crucial position will head our Paid Media department, leading the charge on innovative campaigns spanning Programmatic, Search, Social, Connected TV (CTV), Digital Out of Home (DOOH), and more. As a pivotal leader, you will drive outstanding client results, foster a culture of innovation, and consistently motivate a high-performing team to surpass objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Promote collaboration across both local and global teams to ensure effective communication and shared success.
Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with clients, team members, and external partners.
Mentor and cultivate media professionals at all levels, enhancing their media skills and advanced account management capabilities.
Manage a varied portfolio of digital campaigns, providing strategic direction to ensure the team consistently exceeds client expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Oversee the creation and delivery of client-facing reports, analyses, and presentations that meet Jellyfish’s high standards of excellence.
Collaborate with Media Strategy and Client Management teams to devise innovative, data-driven solutions for our clients.
Enhance efficiency and continuously improve processes to maximize campaign effectiveness.
