Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for paid media across platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Programmatic channels.
- Manage and efficiently scale annual media budgets ranging from $10M to $20M while ensuring financial accountability.
- Create a detailed testing roadmap to enhance creative assets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, landing pages, and promotional offers.
Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Recruit, mentor, and lead an exceptional in-house team of media buyers, analysts, and creative professionals.
- Collaborate with external agencies as needed to bolster internal initiatives.
- Work closely with the Creative, Finance, Operations, and Merchandising teams to synchronize paid media efforts with inventory and promotional schedules.
Attribution, Measurement & Reporting
- Drive advanced attribution methodologies, conduct incrementality tests, and oversee cross-channel budget allocations focusing on Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) and contribution margins.
- Maintain media profit and loss statements, providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Develop and manage complex Excel/Sheets models for forecasting, scenario planning, and performance analysis.
