To empower investment bankers, advisors, corporate development teams, and other professionals involved in M&A transactions by providing clear, actionable insights regarding stakeholder interactions with their data rooms.Your contributions will enable deal teams to swiftly identify engaged stakeholders, key content, and emerging opportunities or issues, facilitating more informed, efficient, and successful business transactions.This role welcomes candidates from Ukraine, Portugal, or Poland.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and implement the product area strategy for Reporting and Insights within the VDR, ensuring alignment with the broader product vision and company objectives.Identify new product opportunities through structured discovery, utilizing user interviews, surveys, behavioral analytics, feedback analysis, market research, and close collaboration with stakeholders.Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on user impact, ROI, technical feasibility, and business risk, while maintaining a balanced roadmap that includes innovation, optimization, and cross-functional initiatives.Articulate product requirements through interactive prototypes and comprehensive documentation.
