Key Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Community & Operations Manager to ensure the effective and budget-friendly implementation of local projects. Your efforts will focus on building and maintaining our Evaluators database, ensuring active engagement.
- Oversee the acquisition process for Evaluators in specified operational areas.
- Coordinate and ensure timely execution of fieldwork projects in alignment with company standards.
- Validate that field surveys are submitted on time and adhere to our quality benchmarks.
- Conduct screening and validation of surveys.
- Establish competitive pay rates for evaluations while meeting operational margin targets.
- Contribute to the optimization of the Evaluators Database and ensure all data is current.
- Foster positive relationships with Evaluators.
- Ensure the finance team has accurate payment details for Evaluators, facilitating timely payments.
