This position blends strategic involvement with hands-on audit assignments, supporting trust and accountability throughout Trócaire’s international operations. The work helps ensure that programs and resources are managed responsibly and in line with the organization’s mission. Key responsibilities Collaborate with senior leaders and teams to reinforce governance and accountability frameworks. This role is perfect for a professional with substantial experience in internal auditing and team leadership, ideally within a processing, retail, or multi-location context.As the Lead Auditor, you will oversee a country-based audit team, formulate and execute audit plans, identify and mitigate risks, and serve as a trusted advisor to local leadership.
