Team Overview:
Formic’s Sales Team is pivotal in promoting automation adoption among SMB and mid-market manufacturers. The team collaborates closely with Engineering, Solutions, and Customer Teams to educate manufacturers, devise territory strategies, and cultivate a robust pipeline through disciplined outreach and consultative selling.
Role Overview:
As an Automation Sales Manager, you will spearhead revenue growth and market expansion within your territory. You will craft and implement a strategic plan, gain in-depth insights into the regional manufacturing landscape, and forge trusted relationships with manufacturers, integrators, and strategic partners.
Your responsibilities will include working directly with customers to assess automation opportunities, defining project requirements, and partnering with Engineering and Solutions teams to create system concepts. You will also lead commercial negotiations and manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to contract execution.
This individual contributor role is crucial for driving territory growth, establishing a strong pipeline, and achieving consistent revenue performance.
