Drive sales growth by promoting Aftersales products and services.
Foster customer loyalty and ensure satisfaction at every interaction.
Primary Responsibilities
Consult with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and explore alternatives to costly repairs.
Utilize your expertise in our products and services to provide detailed information and sell available parts and service options.
Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Communicate all service details and costs clearly to customers and manage payment processing.
Coordinate with service technicians regarding parts ordering, ensuring timely availability.
Collaborative Interfaces
Work closely with the Aftersales Manager, Sales Advisor, Workshop Manager, Service Assistant, Technicians, Team Leaders, Reception Manager, and Parts Advisor.
