Role overview
This Sales Development Representative (SDR) position is fully remote and based in Chile. The focus is on outbound prospecting, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for B2B clients. The SDR identifies and engages decision-makers, qualifies leads, and schedules meetings for Account Executives. This role is well suited to those interested in remote sales or aiming to move into a closing position within SaaS or B2B sales.
What you will do
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Research and identify potential B2B clients to qualify leads.
- Book meetings and product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed targets for calls, emails, and meetings booked.
- Adapt messaging to connect with prospects and increase conversion rates.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales, including cold calling and emailing.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Organized and attentive to detail.
- Background in SaaS sales is an advantage.
- Experience selling to international markets (US/UK) is a plus.
