Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring seamless service during busy periods.
Guarantee that all beverages are prepared and presented in accordance with the resort's standards.
Manage stock rotation, cleanliness, and mise-en-place within the bar area at all times.
Leadership and Staff Development:
Supervise and inspire bar staff to uphold high service quality and professionalism.
Conduct on-the-job training to enhance staff knowledge of products, service techniques, and customer engagement.
Encourage a collaborative team spirit among bar, restaurant, and kitchen personnel.
Inventory Management and Cost Control:
Monitor stock levels and ensure effective inventory management practices.
Minimize waste while ensuring the proper handling, storage, and usage of beverages and supplies.
Assist in beverage cost control and promptly report any discrepancies to management.
Product Knowledge and Innovation:
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all beverage offerings, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic options.
Propose creative ideas for new cocktails or promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and boost sales.
Stay informed about beverage trends to keep the bar menu fresh and appealing.
Health, Safety, and Hygiene Compliance:
Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in line with resort policies.
Maintain bar equipment in optimal working condition.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Assist in staff scheduling, daily reports, and coordination of bar requisitions.
