Key Responsibilities:
Execute individualized therapy plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to enhance children’s skills and mitigate challenging behaviors.
Utilize Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) for evidence-based, play-centered therapy.
Document client progress and maintain effective communication with clinical supervisors.
Ensure a clean and organized clinic environment for client safety.
