We are currently seeking a Benefits & Expense Specialist to enhance our Benefits & Expenses Team. As a critical member of our team, you will be the primary resource for inquiries regarding business travel expenses and employee benefits, ensuring outstanding experiences for our clients and talent.
Your Responsibilities as a Benefits & Expense Specialist:
- Process and verify employee expense reports for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Address and resolve expense-related inquiries and discrepancies efficiently.
- Assist with the enrollment, modification, and termination of employee benefits.
- Maintain updated process documentation and knowledge base.
- Support the month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years in benefits administration, expense management, or a similar role.
- Expertise in Excel and familiarity with HRIS systems or expense management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Skills (not mandatory):
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, German).
