About This Role & Why It Matters
We are looking for a Senior Client Manager for Large Groups to join our Client Success team on the West Coast and manage our California client portfolio. This role is perfect for an individual who is adept at hands-on tasks while also serving as a strategic benefits consultant. We seek someone with proven experience managing large group employer relationships in the 100-2,000 life range. This position is fully remote, but we strongly prefer candidates based in California or those with substantial large group experience who are willing to travel to California for in-person meetings.

What You’ll Do
Manage Your Portfolio: Take ownership of a portfolio of California large group employer clients (100–2000 lives), acting as their trusted advisor and proactively addressing their needs throughout the client lifecycle.
