Lead initiatives for global benefits harmonization while ensuring adherence to local cultural and regulatory standards. Act as the primary internal consultant on emerging global benefits trends, risks, and opportunities. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all benefit plans comply with local regulations, labor laws, and statutory requirements in each operational country. Collaborate with Legal and external consultants to manage compliance audits, filings, and documentation of benefit plans. Assess governance structures for benefit plans, particularly with respect to fiduciary responsibilities for retirement plans. Vendor & Financial Management Manage relationships with global vendors, brokers, and insurance providers; lead RFP processes and negotiate contracts to enhance quality and cost-effectiveness. Develop and oversee benefits budgets, along with multi-year financial forecasts. Analyze and track plan performance, utilization, costs, and population health trends. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management. Education and Experience Minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in global benefits management. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Certifications such as CEBS, GPHR, or CCP are advantageous. Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies In-depth expertise in global health, retirement, insurance, wellbeing, and leave programs.
