Our client, a prominent independent multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy, boasts a talented workforce of over 130 professionals across the UK. This newly created Bid Coordinator position is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our business growth.
We are looking for candidates with experience in bid, proposal, or business development coordination. While prior construction industry experience is beneficial, a strong willingness to learn is key. A degree-level education is a significant advantage!
Familiarity with Easy PQQ, Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), and PCS-Tender is desirable, as is proficiency in graphic design tools such as InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and prepare high-caliber bid and tender submissions.
· Collect and analyze bid outcomes and feedback for continuous improvement.
· Monitor new opportunities and Public Contract Scotland (PCS) notices.
· Prepare marketing materials and brochures to enhance business development efforts.
· Maintain and update CVs, project data sheets, image libraries, and case studies to ensure relevance.
· Ensure all documents and communications align with our brand standards.
· Update marketing and contact databases.
· Manage project data capture activities.
· Perform general office duties as needed.
