What You Will Be Doing
You will lead a dedicated team that manages the entire lifecycle of ChargePoint bids across Europe, overseeing everything from qualification and planning to submission and handover, while ensuring quality, compliance, and prompt delivery.
Your team's success is gauged by the bid win rate. To enhance this, you will spearhead improvements to the overall bid process, implementing continuous enhancement initiatives with defined KPIs and ensuring optimal resource utilization.
In your role, you will:
- Lead and coordinate the bid qualification process, including evaluating commercial bid strategies and conducting bid/no-bid analyses.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, and Operations teams to evaluate and articulate the ChargePoint solution fit, crafting persuasive bid content that includes executive summaries, value propositions, and pricing models, alongside coordinating technical responses.
- Establish bid timelines and facilitate bid review meetings, ensuring that key stakeholders contribute and address any concerns.
- Monitor and track bid performance metrics, conducting post-bid analyses to improve future submissions.
