Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire bid process from qualification to submission, ensuring adherence to requirements, deadlines, and internal protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, technical, legal, and finance teams to craft persuasive and competitive proposals.
- Thoroughly analyze tender documents, identify key requirements, and develop winning strategies that align with our business goals.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders through reviews, validations, and approvals throughout the bid process.
- Maintain and enhance the bid library by refining templates, boilerplates, and other reusable resources.
- Conduct post-bid evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future bidding efforts.
