The work supports both players and the development team. What You Will Do Respond to player questions in SDK with clear, empathetic answers. Sort, tag, investigate, and escalate support tickets as appropriate. Review complaints, check evidence, and apply account actions (including bans) when required. Use internal tools to resolve player issues efficiently. Update and write FAQ and Knowledge Base articles, ensuring accuracy and readiness for new releases. Watch the Discord community for bug reports and player concerns. Confirm community bug reports and create structured tickets for the development team. Support and set up SDK automations (adjust rules, report errors). Handle Russian and English reviews in Appfollow: respond, categorize, and escalate as needed. Spot patterns in player feedback, report incidents, and give structured feedback to the team. Help prepare for new game versions by checking player-reported issues and creating clear bug reports for developers.
