This role involves managing inquiries via online platforms, emails, and phone calls while maintaining exceptional quality and timely responses. You will assist clients in utilizing our digital tools and collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify upselling opportunities. This position follows a hybrid work model (2-3 days in the office per week), with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
