Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via email communications.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Stay updated with the latest tools and technology.
- Safeguard sensitive customer data with utmost care.
- Implement innovative customer satisfaction practices.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of client solutions to meet KPIs.
- Collaborate effectively with developers and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications for Success:
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills (C1/C2 level, both spoken and written).
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of logistics.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- A positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor.
- A personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Intercom and Salesforce is a plus.
