The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Influencer, Affiliate & Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for creator outreach, relationship management, and the execution of the affiliate program, alongside managing day-to-day organic social media activities. This position is perfect for someone who is highly engaged in the creator economy and understands how influencers, affiliates, and social content collaboratively drive sustainable brand growth.
The specialist will be charged with integrating creators into the brand ecosystem, from initial outreach to active collaboration, while managing the affiliate program and ensuring a consistent, on-brand organic presence across key platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Creator Outreach
- Identify, research, and recruit beauty creators who resonate with the client's brand ethos.
- Proactively reach out across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to establish connections.
- Effectively pitch the brand and cultivate authentic, long-term relationships with creators.
- Oversee creator onboarding processes, including gifting, contracts, and campaign coordination.
Affiliate Program Management
- Manage the affiliate program from inception to execution.
- Recruit new affiliates and creators to join the program.
- Track affiliate performance, commissions, and payouts.
- Optimize affiliate offers, incentives, and activation strategies.
Social Media Management (Organic)
- Oversee and disseminate organic content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Schedule and post content consistently, featuring creator content, UGC, product highlights, and brand-led posts.
- Craft or modify captions that align with the brand's voice and campaign messaging.
- Monitor comments and DMs in collaboration with the broader team, escalating issues as necessary.
- Stay updated on social trends, formats, and best practices to inform the content strategy.
Campaign Execution & Reporting
- Coordinate influencer campaigns and ongoing seeding efforts.
- Track content delivery, usage rights, and posting schedules.
- Monitor performance metrics across influencer, affiliate, and organic social efforts (engagement, traffic, sales, ROAS).
- Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance.
