Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Overview
We are on the lookout for a talented Social Media Manager who can seamlessly integrate with our executive leadership team. This role goes beyond merely posting content; it is about establishing a strong online presence, shaping our brand's voice, and fostering engaging conversations for:
- The CEO
- The CTO
- Lago's company profile
Your responsibilities will include crafting high-quality content for LinkedIn and other social platforms, engaging in impactful discussions, and positioning our leadership as credible, thought-provoking figures in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Content Development
- Create LinkedIn posts that resonate with the unique voices of the CEO and CTO.
- Transform ideas and conversations into clear, captivating content.
- Ensure consistency in tone, perspective, and messaging.
- Deliver authentic insights rather than generic content.
2. Lago Brand Messaging
- Manage and write posts for Lago's company page.
- Align messaging with business objectives, hiring efforts, and brand identity.
- Showcase achievements, insights, and behind-the-scenes highlights.
3. Voice Ownership & Ghostwriting
- Gain a deep understanding of the communication style of the CEO and CTO.
- Adjust tone as necessary, whether personal, thoughtful, or authoritative.
- Ensure content feels genuine and personal.
4. LinkedIn Engagement
- Actively participate on behalf of the CEO, CTO, and Lago.
- Craft thoughtful comments that enhance relationships and visibility.
- Identify and engage in relevant discussions, inserting our voice where it matters.
- Leverage engagement to create inbound opportunities.
5. Content Strategy & Improvement
- Monitor performance metrics to understand what resonates.
- Continuously refine content strategy, style, and structure.
- Introduce innovative concepts for positioning, storytelling, and expansion.
Indicators of Success
- Posts reflect the authentic voice of the CEO or CTO.
- Comments initiate meaningful conversations rather than superficial interactions.
- Content fosters credibility and attracts the appropriate audience.
- Leadership visibility increases without the burden of extensive writing.
