Key Responsibilities:
Implement the employer branding strategy effectively.
Plan and manage employee engagement programs and internal cultural events in collaboration with the HR team.
Oversee employer branding campaigns.
Develop and manage employer branding platforms and channels in conjunction with relevant departments.
Collaborate with the internal communications manager to create the internal narrative about our team, culture, and values.
Manage sponsorship campaigns, collaborations, and partnerships related to employer branding.
Develop employer branding content lines with the content team (talent stories, culture, development, benefits, etc.);
Work with the content team on producing internal videos and visual content.
Initiate improvements in candidate experience: communication tone, visualization, and simplification of the journey from application to offer.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines - ensuring brand tone, visuals, and messages align with both customer and employee communications.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness based on pre-agreed KPIs.
Develop and update the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in partnership with HR.
Integrate the EVP across all channels: job vacancies, internal communications, and brand visuals.
Periodically assess EVP components (benefits, culture, development, etc.) for alignment with employee experiences.
Report results to the HR Head and C-level executives.
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or HR.
Proven experience in Employer Branding and Internal Communications is required.
Able to work both creatively and structurally – from ideation to process organization and performance monitoring.
Strong storytelling skills - conveying people's stories in an emotional, authentic manner that aligns with the brand tone.
Experience in project management and coordination with various departments.
Proficiency in Georgian and English languages.
