About the Role
We seek a dynamic and self-driven Independent Retailer Account Executive to bolster our independent retail business. This role will primarily focus on managing operations on Faire.com across our portfolio. This position is a fantastic opportunity for individuals keen on marketplace operations and retailer relationship management. You will collaborate closely with the Independent Retailer Account Manager to ensure our storefronts operate seamlessly, enhance listings, manage daily retailer communications, and transform opportunities into sustainable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
FAIRE Support (House of Party, Roofus, Luna Naturals, Fomin)
- Assist with product setup, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns on Faire.com.
- Maintain accurate product and inventory data across Faire storefronts.
- Optimize listings, images, and product details to enhance visibility and boost sales.
- Monitor and respond to retailer inquiries, working under the guidance of the Account Manager.
- Track orders and coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely fulfillment.
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues in collaboration with the Account Manager.
Wholesale Support
- Research potential boutique and specialty retail partners throughout North America.
- Conduct outreach campaigns via email, calls, and social media to engage with retailers.
- Assist in preparing wholesale pitch decks, product bundles, and collection presentations.
- Maintain and update CRM records to track conversations and retailer status.
- Provide administrative support for wholesale contracts and order processing.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in account coordination, B2B sales support, marketplace operations, or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with independent retail or wholesale platforms; experience with Faire, Shopify, or related tools is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
