Key Responsibilities
As a Beauty Social Media Creative Strategist, you will ignite brand awareness for our beauty brands (The Spadr and Revel Beauty) by crafting engaging, high-volume, viral content in the beauty and wellness sector. Your role will lead conversations around wellness and skincare, empowering women to embrace their best selves, inside and out. Our dynamic social channels focus on clean, thoughtful content that supports self-care and celebrates every stage of life.
- Develop and implement platform-specific strategies to amplify brand awareness and channel differentiation across all Trafilea and brand-specific social platforms.
- Generate bold, culturally resonant content ideas that thrive on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, emphasizing UGC-style storytelling and community engagement.
- Manage a real-time content calendar that adapts to seasonal and cultural shifts, defining each channel's unique voice and publishing rhythm.
- Analyze channel-specific KPIs weekly and monthly, extracting actionable insights to enhance performance through iterative testing.
